In capturing images, I strive to portray the essence of the object, the ‘soul’ as I like to call it. I believe that each entity, whether animate or inanimate, has a texture, character and color that can be revealed and discovered for its self. That is what I try to depict.
Thus, I make images using only available light and try to convey to the viewer my sense of wonder and share the joy of discovering, in a static composition, the dynamic and fluid nature of the object.
If you are moved by my images then I have succeeded.
Note: If you are interested in purchasing prints, please email me at firstname.lastname@example.org. Prints can be made in any size and on a variety of papers (including metallic paper which is especially good for the Antelope Canyon images).
